For the past twelve years Carroll had the unique benefit of working in two distinct worlds; private practice and education. Her counseling work with families and individuals of all ages is based on supporting their strengths and their own abilities in order to help transform painful patterns of behavior into successful new ways of interacting. She has facilitated numerous workshops where participants explore a wide variety of topics including; work-life issues, managing stress and distress, building resilience, and creating effective educational programs.
Carroll graduated from the University of South Carolina with Master of Education and Educational Specialist Degree in Counselor Education.
